Boston United have signed a five-year contract with Fantasy Island Family Resort to sponsor the Main Stand at The Jakemans Stadium.
As a direct result of the sponsorship deal, the Main Stand will now be known as The Fantasy Island Stand until the completion of the 2013-2014 campaign.
Fantasy Island signage will grace the frontage of the stand and will be erected in the near future — giving the stand a major facelift in the process.
Reflecting on the news, United commercial manager Craig Singleton told bufc.co.uk: “It is a major coup for the football club to have attracted Fantasy Island to sponsor the Main Stand and we are really looking forward to developing a mutually beneficial partnership over the next five seasons.
“I am sure that The Fantasy Island Stand will be a tremendous addition to the stadium.
“At this juncture, I would like to thank James Parker and everybody at Fantasy Island for their fantastic support.”
James Parker of Fantasy Island added: “We were approached by Boston United with a package that fitted perfectly with our long-term community goals.
“Under the new ownership management here at Fantasy Island, we are keen to work with Boston United as a partnership to move onwards and upwards.
“Fantasy Island are committed to working with a wide variety of people and projects to help all involved achieve their targets within the community.”
