Plans are to be implemented in June 2010 to control the flow of traffic in Ingoldmells. During busier times of the year, the traffic lights at the junction of Roman Bank and Sea Lane often causes a bottle neck effect causing tail backs in all directions. The timing of these lights is set to be changed and traffic is going to be directed to use alternative routes toward the village of Ingoldmells. These steps should alleviate congestion around Fantasy Island during busier periods.
